Do not list your house with this person. Her behavior is very ill-advised. She makes potential buyers jump through hoops to get information on the property. She would not even tell you where it is located without you filling out a ‘form’. Some of her listings are from 3 or 4 years ago, and her behavior is primarily where people’s houses are not being sold. Steer clear of her.
