Located on the coastline of Morne Rouge,  just 10 minutes away from both the capital St Georges’ and the Maurice Bishop International Airport, Laluna Estate is a very private and exclusive villa development nestled on 30 acres of prime waterfront land.

The resort opened ten years ago with 16 suites, an Italian restaurant, an Asian Spa and a beach front yoga pavilion.

There are 7 villas at Laluna Estate. Also available on the Estate are one and two acres lots where landowners can be as involved with the building process as much as they like, employing their own architects or engaging our Estate Management team. Villa owners and Landowners have full access to Laluna services and amenities.

Laluna Estate has a Master Plan approved by the Government with a very attractive incentive package. Grenada has a new Economic Citizenship Program, where buyers can apply for a Grenadian Passport for them and their families.
